So there is no surprise in knowing that once you loose a baby, people not only ignore it (and you) for not knowing what to say or do. But they also like to skip over the fact that no matter what happened a baby existed. A life was created and lost.

Jim & Larisa Barth had a baby boy named Asher Finn. After loosing him she decided to start up a non-profit business creating hand stamped necklaces which grew into key chains for daddies to memorialize the precious lives that others may be so quick to forget.

TTC Naturally.... Helpful list of Herbs!

If you are just starting out or thinking about it, maybe just wanting to give your body a break from all the medicines and chemicals without completely stopping.  Here is a list of things I have done some researched on and I will be trying myself. (I will do a review once I have enough personal experience to speak on them and how they worked, for my body at least)

Prenatals*with folic acid-  these will help you get the vitamins and minerals you need as well as help have your body ready and healthy for when you conceive. 

Vitex- this will help regulate your cycle and ovulation. This can be found alone or mixed in a supplement.

Vitamin B6- this will be very helpful is you have a luteal phase defect as it helps regulate your progesterone levels. Use caution when taking this as it's only good for those who have a defect.

Soy Isoflavones- You should use EXTREME CAUTION with this one. Only try it if you do NOT ovulate on your own. Research has found that if you take this and ovulate on your own already there is an extremely strong chance that A.) it will cause you to ovulate very late in your cycle or B.)it will cause you not to ovulate. If this occurs it may take awhile for your cycles to get back on track.

Pineapple Core- this will help with implantation! divide the pineapple core into 5 pieces. Eat one piece of the core a day for 5 days AFTER you ovulate, or undergo IVF or IUI. Do not eat it more than five days as it can become essentually detrimental to your pregnancy.

If you have PCOS:

Licorice Root or White Peony Root- this will help regulate testosterone levels. 


Vitamin C & B12- this will help increase sperm count, mobility, & viability. Yay for quality swimmies!
